Food mfg. in Vista is currently looking for experienced hands- on Maintenance Supervisor with 5+ years of experience preferably in a food-manufacturing environment. The key responsibilities including, but not limited to the planning, developing and coordinating the implementation of preventive maintenance program, purchasing, and budgeting for the maintenance department.

Qualified candidates should have the following: Knowledge of systems (Allen Bradley computerized programs or experienced of similar programs will be a plus), engineering change orders, verifies root cause corrective action, implementation of improvement programs for the full continuous equipment operations.

Requirements:

• Five or more years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering will be a plus.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization: Operators, Supervisors and Managers. Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A highly motivated, self-starter personality is important.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, AutoCAD.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bilingual candidate (English, Spanish) a plus.
